A 600 × 300 animated header for a New Year annual-plan email: the offer, the deadline and the button are all on the first frame (for Outlook), beside a city at midnight where the ball has landed, the old year is struck out and the new one is lit; then confetti falls, the sign’s bulbs chase and the rockets breathe — a seamless 4.8-second GIF loop
