Sage Hollow sells gift cards on Black Friday
Sage Hollow is a small spa: Breathe. Restore. Return. It is also the Wellness & spa example brand kit in PopCraft, so it is our example shop. Every November they sell gift cards at 30% off and every November it is a scramble: a landing page from a builder, ads from a freelancer, an email from the email tool's template that looks like everyone else's.
This year the owner has one file, ten days and a rule: nothing goes out that does not look like the spa. Here is the run, day by day.
Ten days, cut along the dotted line
Each coupon is a day, what goes out, and the template it starts from. All of them are in the gallery today.
Pick a look (there are five)
The 31 Black Friday templates come in five looks. Each look is a set: a landing page, a display ad set and an animated email header, with countdown posts, deal reels and last-day stories between them, and two GIF cards for the group chat (Shop till you drop! and I'm going shopping. Don't wait up.). Pick the look, and you have the whole sale.

The landing page, in the spa's colours
The classic Black Friday sale landing page is drawn as a till: the hero receipt strikes the full price and counts its total down to the sale price, a live sale clock ticks, and the offers hang as receipts. Apply the kit and the cobalt becomes sage and forest; the name and the fonts follow.
Then the rewrite: three receipts become three gift cards (one treatment, a day, a year of Sundays). Want early-access sign-ups before the sale? Draw a field and a button, make them a form in the Design panel's Web section, and connect a database to keep what it sends. The publishing page covers the rest.

Publish ten days early
Click Publish, type an address, and it is online. On Friday you publish the version with the real prices; on Monday, Take offline. The versions stay, so next November starts from this one. Your own domain means sending it to a Vercel project.
A website that is already published as Version 1. The headline is changed on the canvas, the Publish dialog is opened from the ⋯ menu and Publish again makes Version 2, which goes live. Make live on Version 1 puts the earlier version back; Take offline stops the site; Make live on Version 2 puts the new one online again. The site is then opened on its own and shows the new headline.
The animated launch page with a working waitlist template, signed in. Publish in the top bar opens the Publish dialog, the address launch-week is typed and Publish puts Version 1 live. The published site is then opened on its own: its entrance animation plays as it would for a visitor.
The posts: number first, terms last
Not every promo needs a till receipt. The plain Sale post puts the number first and the terms last, in post and story sizes. Its animated twin, the Sale post, scales the offer panel up with a little overshoot, swells it, then raises what it covers and when it ends: six seconds, square with 4:5 and 9:16 cuts.
The Sale drop promo is the twelve-second vertical version, offer on a red panel, shop button rising in, all of it dropping away to loop. Export each as MP4 for stories and reels. The social media use case covers sizes for every network.

Countdown, deal drop, last call
The motion between the ads is where Black Friday gets loud. Each look has a countdown post for the days before, a deal reel or deal drop for the day itself (the classic one prints the deal on a till slip and lands a claim button), and a last 24 hours story for Sunday. Same kit, same rewrite, same export button.

The Kinetic headline template in Animate, zoomed on its frame. Space plays it: the headline’s words punch in one after another and the highlight pill slides under the key word, all from ordinary keys and curves on the timeline below.
A logo reveal in Animate. The download button in the transport bar opens Export animation. MP4 shows frame rate, range, resolution and quality with a summary of the size; GIF switches to palette, dither and loop settings; Lottie lists what the file can carry. The frame rate is set to 120 fps for MP4.
An email header that moves (and survives Outlook)
The Sale email header is 600 × 300 and a seamless four-second loop: a ticker scrolls, the offer swells, the button nudges. The offer, what it covers and when it ends are all on the first frame, because some versions of Outlook only show the first frame. Each Black Friday look has its own header too.
Export it as a GIF: Palette on Shared so it does not flicker, Loop forever. Drop it at the top of the email in whatever sends your newsletter. Building the whole email in PopCraft? The email and slides page shows email HTML export.

The display ads
The display ad sets are landscape and square: the classic set is 1200 × 628 and 1200 × 1200, half off in heavy type beside a till receipt with the list price struck through. Apply the kit, rewrite the offer, export PNGs and upload them to the ad network. The coupons, neon, scratch card and ticker looks each have a set of their own.
A launch post with its frame selected. At the bottom of the Design panel, Add export adds an export setting; its scale is set to 2x, with PNG as the format, and Export Page 1 writes the file.
The Love you more card in its Doodle theme, in Animate. The export button in the transport bar opens Export animation; GIF is picked as the format, showing its shared palette, dither and loop forever settings and the summary of the size, frame count and estimated file size.

HMMWritten for software. Rewrite it.
The Black Friday sets sell an imaginary software plan, so plan on rewriting the copy. Coupon codes are text, not working codes. Payments and discounts happen in your shop. A published page lives at a PopCraft address unless you send it to Vercel. Everything else on this page is in the gallery today.
Questions, answered
Are the Black Friday templates for shops?
They were written for a software sale: half off an annual plan, three plans hanging as receipts, a lifetime deal with seats counting down. They are ordinary templates, so every word, price and picture is yours to change, and a brand kit re-skins them. Expect to rewrite the copy for a shop or a service.
Does the countdown on the landing page really count?
Each landing page has a sale clock that ticks. Set its time in the design, then check the published page before you trust it with a real deadline.
Can PopCraft take the orders?
No. It makes the page, the ads and the email; the money happens in your shop. If you sell on Shopify, PopCraft can design and export the store itself: see the sell online use case. Otherwise, link the button to your checkout.
Will the email header work in Outlook?
The sale email header puts the offer, what it covers and when it ends on the first frame, because some versions of Outlook show only the first frame of a GIF. The animation is a bonus for everyone else.
Do the coupon templates make real codes?
They are designs. The code on the coupon is text you type; the code that works at checkout comes from your shop.
What sizes are the display ads?
The classic set is 1200 × 628 and 1200 × 1200. The other looks follow the same idea; check each set's frames, which are named by size.
