LAUNCH A
PRODUCT!
The PopCraft launch trailer template in Animate. Its composition fills the timeline: ten scene clips in a row, named by markers, with the Pop Drop music loop on the audio lane under them. The playhead is set in the modes scene and Play runs the film on the stage: the circle wipes from Design to Draw to Pixel.
Tally opens on Friday
Meet Tally, a budgeting app that tells you, one line a day, what is left for the things you care about. It is the product inside our Animated launch page with a working waitlist template, so it is the product we'll launch here. The team is three people. Public launch is Friday. It is Monday morning.
Here is the usual list. A landing page from the web person. A trailer from a freelancer who wants the screens as PNGs. Socials from whoever has Canva open. An email someone pastes into the newsletter tool at 11 pm. Four tools, four versions of the logo, and on Thursday someone changes the accent colour and the whole relay runs again.
This page is the other way. Every piece starts from a real PopCraft template, every piece wears the same brand kit, and the person who changes the accent colour on Thursday changes it once per file, in one click.
Launch week, day by day
Each day is a job, and each job links to the feature page that goes deeper. Click through when you need the details; stay here for the story.
The brand goes in first
Before anyone touches a headline, make the brand kit: ⋯ › Brand kit…. Five colour roles, a heading and body font, a logo, and the name, tagline, website and email. It syncs to your account, so the other files can use it too.
Then open the waitlist template and click Apply to document. Watch the clip: the page swaps its purple for orange, its sans headline for a serif and its name in the nav, all at once. We used the Creative studio example kit so the change is loud. Yours would be Tally's own.
The animated launch page with a working waitlist, its Desktop frame in view. From ⋯, Brand kit… opens; the Creative studio example is picked as a starting kit and Apply to document re-skins the page: its brand colours, heading and body fonts and the product name all change at once.
One kit, three files, same brand
Official templates don't paint colours on. They bind fills to brand/ variables and text to styles, and a kit fills those in. Here is exactly what follows the kit and what is still your job.
The SaaS launch announcement email template in view. From ⋯, Brand kit… opens; the same Creative studio example kit is applied, and the email's header, button and type take the kit's colours and fonts.
The Bauhaus launch reel template, its 1080 by 1920 story size in view. From ⋯, Brand kit… opens; the same Creative studio example kit is applied, and the reel's shapes and words take the kit's colours and fonts.
The trailer, from the same designs
Your screens are already PopCraft frames, so the trailer starts from them, not from screenshots. Board one frame per scene, select them, make a composition. Each scene keeps its own timeline: open it, key the phone sliding in, back out.
Need music? Drop your own track on a lane, or generate a bed if you're signed in. Detect the beats and cut to them. Export an MP4 with sound. Want a shape to steal? The Product Hunt launch video template is a 32-second film in seven scenes, and our own PopCraft launch trailer is in the gallery too. The trailer page has the full shot list.
The launch trailer's composition in Animate. The first scene clip, Meet PopCraft, is clicked and Edit scene opens its own timeline: the dot, its ring, the confetti and the words, each with keyframes. Play runs the scene: the dot pops, the confetti bursts and the words rise in a stagger.
Socials, and the GIFs your friends will actually send
Launch day is loud. You need a reel for stories, a square post, a portrait post, a link preview, maybe a Product Hunt gallery. The SaaS set covers it: a launch reel in each of twelve looks (Dark, Terminal, Pastel, Maximal and the rest), plus art-style reels like Bauhaus, Gothic and Claymation. Many carry their other sizes in the same file, so the story, the square and the portrait are already laid out. Apply the kit and they match the page.
Then the fun bit. The 660 text-message GIF cards are four-second, 480 × 480 loops built to send as a picture message. Their paper and ink are brand fields too (all 660 cards). A "we did it" card in your colours, in the team chat, at 9:01 on Friday? That is the launch.
The Kinetic headline template in Animate, zoomed on its frame. Space plays it: the headline’s words punch in one after another and the highlight pill slides under the key word, all from ordinary keys and curves on the timeline below.
The Happy Birthday card in its Confetti theme, open in Animate and zoomed on the 480 by 480 card. Space plays the four-second loop: the cake bobs above the words while confetti falls and turns around them, and the loop runs on into its second pass without a jump.
The Love you more card in its Doodle theme, in Animate. The export button in the transport bar opens Export animation; GIF is picked as the format, showing its shared palette, dither and loop forever settings and the summary of the size, frame count and estimated file size.
The email that says it's live
Open SaaS lifecycle email: launch announcement. It is 600 px wide, with a header that shouts "It's live.", three things the product does and one button. Apply the kit, rewrite the three things, done.
Export as web code, pick Email HTML, and you get nested tables with inline styles, the format mail clients actually draw. Anything a table can't, like a rounded shadowed card, is turned into a picture of that part. Want the header to move? Export it as a GIF and drop it in. PopCraft writes the file; your email tool sends it. More on email and slides.
The SaaS launch announcement email template, its page selected. From the ⋯ menu, Export and Export as web code… open the web export; Email HTML is picked and Export downloads one HTML file. The file is opened in a browser on its own: the neo-brutalist header with "It's live.", the three things the product does and one button, built from nested tables with inline styles.
Publish. Then breathe.
Signed in, click Publish. The landing page goes up at an address of its own, and it plays like it did on the canvas: the entrance, the motion, the waitlist form. Give the site a Neon or Supabase database in the same dialog and the sign-ups are kept.
Every publish is a version with its own address. Found a typo at 9:05? Fix it and publish again. Hate the fix? Make the old version live. Need it on your own domain? Send the site to a Vercel project of yours and add the domain there. Publishing, in depth.
The animated launch page with a working waitlist template, signed in. Publish in the top bar opens the Publish dialog, the address launch-week is typed and Publish puts Version 1 live. The published site is then opened on its own: its entrance animation plays as it would for a visitor.
The agent takes the last-minute list
Launch mornings are a pile of small, urgent edits. "Make the button say Join, not Sign up, on every size." "Tighten the hero copy." "Add a pricing note under the form." Open the agent panel and ask. It works in your real file, with your styles and components, and you watch each step and can undo it.
It is not magic and it is not a picture generator for screens. It is a pair of hands that knows the editor's commands. Generation needs a Hypery sign-in and uses your Hypery credits; there are no API keys to paste. The AI page lists the models.
A launch post, signed in. The background is selected and the agent panel opens. “Make the background a deep purple” is typed and sent; the agent says what it will do, calls set_fills on the selection, and the background turns purple on the canvas. The edit is one undo step.
A website that is already published as Version 1. The headline is changed on the canvas, the Publish dialog is opened from the ⋯ menu and Publish again makes Version 2, which goes live. Make live on Version 1 puts the earlier version back; Take offline stops the site; Make live on Version 2 puts the new one online again. The site is then opened on its own and shows the new headline.

Your launch kit in five moves
- 1
Make the brand kit once
⋯ › Brand kit…: five colour roles, a heading and body font, logos, and the name, tagline and links. It syncs to your account, so every file can use it. (Logos stay on the device you added them on.) - 2
Open a template per job
The landing page, the email, the reel. Each opens as its own ordinary file you can change. - 3
Apply the kit to each
Apply to document, once per file. Colours, fonts and the brand name follow; the words you write stay yours. - 4
Write the actual pitch
Headlines and body copy are text layers. Type over them, or ask the agent for a first pass in your file. - 5
Export and publish
MP4 for the trailer, GIF for the cards, email HTML for the email, Publish for the page.

SWAP!CHECKED
PASS!Change it once. Ship it everywhere.
A launch is not one design. It is the same idea said seven ways, on a deadline. PopCraft keeps the seven ways in one app and one brand, so Thursday's change takes minutes instead of a relay race. Start with the SaaS templates, then make it yours.
Questions, answered
Is it really one file?
One brand, several files. Each template opens as its own file, and the brand kit is what ties them together: make it once, apply it to each file. You can also import one file into another (⋯ › Import into this file…) if you want the page and the socials side by side.
What does a brand kit change?
What a template binds to the brand: its brand/ colour variables, its text styles' fonts, brand/name and the other brand fields, {{brand.name}} tokens in text and image layers named {{brand.logo}}. It does not rewrite your headline or body copy. Every official template is checked to stay readable under a light and a dark kit.
Can the waitlist actually collect sign-ups?
The form works on the published page. To keep the answers, give the site a database from the Publish dialog: a Neon or Supabase project of yours, made in one click.
Can I put the landing page on my own domain?
Not on a site PopCraft hosts, yet. Send the published site to a Vercel project of yours from the Publish dialog and add the domain there, or export the static files to any host.
Does PopCraft send the launch email?
No. It writes the email HTML: nested tables with inline styles. Your email service sends it. An animated header goes in as a GIF.
Do the GIFs and videos carry a watermark?
On the free plan, GIF and video exports carry a small PopCraft watermark. Creator and Studio export without it.
