Description

The AI trailer in Edit. L plays and K stops; the down arrow jumps the playhead to the next edit, twice, and the up arrow back one; M drops a marker on the ruler; = zooms the timeline in and backslash fits the whole sequence again.

  1. L plays and K stops (J steps back a second). Space plays and pauses.
  2. ↓ jumps the playhead to the next edit, ↑ to the previous one.
  3. M drops a marker on the ruler at the playhead.
  4. = zooms the timeline in, − out, and \ fits the whole sequence. ⌘-scroll zooms too.

The keys work while the pointer is anywhere but a text field. Every one is also a row in the command palette (⌘K).
